Tally introduction :
Tally is a business account management software. It is use for maintaining day to day transaction. Which is developed by tally solution pvt. Ltd. Company Bangalore since 1986.

( Tally एक accounting software है जो business के account को manage करता है । इसका use प्रत्येक दिन के लेन देन को maintain करने के लिये किया जाता । Tally को Tally Solution pvt. ltd. Company Bangalore के द्वारा 1986 मे बनया गया)

Tally Software :

1. Educational mode (without license)
2. License Mode

Educational Mode=> The educational Mode allows to learn and use tally software without purchasing license. But there are some restrictions like we can passed entry only three dates of Every month (1,2,31)

(Educational mode मे हम license purchase किये बीना tally use करके tally सिख सकते है। लेकिन इसमे कुछ बाधाएं होती है जैसे हम educational mode मे किसी महिने की मात्र 3 तारिक (1,2,31) मे ही entry कर सकते है ।)

License mode=> We require to purchase a license and we can passed entry in all dates Of every month.

( इसके लिये license purchase करना पड़ता है इसमे हम किसी महिने की सभी तारिख मे entry कर सकते है)

There are three types of license =>

1. Silver edition (single user)18000+18%GST

2. Gold edition (multi user) 54000+18% GST

3. Auditor edition (multi user) 35100+18%GST

Tally shortcuts key=> There are three types of shortcuts key
• Single shortcut [ A = A ]
• Single underline shortcut [ A = alt + A ]
• Double underline shortcut [ A = ctrl+A]

License :

T : Work in educational mode => The educational Mode allows to learn and use tally software without purchasing license. But there are some restrictions like we can passed entry only three dates of Every month (1,2,31)

U : Use license from network => Use this option to configure Tally Prime to use an existing license. ( Multy user Tally को एक से अधिक computer मे activate करने के लिये इस option को select करते है)

R : Reactivate existing license => To re-activate a previously purchased license. If it’s validity remains. ( अपने पुराने license जिसका validity बचा है उसे पुन: activate करने के लिए इस option को select करते है)

A : activate new license => This option is used to activate the license that we purchased. (Purchase किये license को activate करने के लीये इस option को select करते है)

Alt+Q : Quite=> for going back.

Vertical button bar :

F2 : Date => we use this option to change Current date. ( तारिख बदलने के लिए)

F2 : Period => we use this option to change the period. ( अवधि बदलने के लिए)

F3 : Company => we use this option for switch one company to other company which is currently open. (एक company से दुसरे company मे जाने के लिए)

Alt+F3: Select company => we use this option for open a pre created company.( पहले से बनी company को खोलने के लिये)

Ctrl + F3 : Shut company => we use this option to close an open company. ( खुली हूई company को बन्द करने के लिये)

Horizontal Button Bar :

Alt+K : Company Info => This option is used to perform related activities of the company. For e.i.- open company, close company, edit update delete company, password, backup restore etc. ( इस option का use किसी company से सम्बंधित कई कार्य को करने के लिए करते है जैसे:- open company, close company, edit, update, delete etc.)
