in this  we learn about how to create a new company and how to delete a company

1. Create a new company

In this option we can create a company in which we can record our entry releated with our company. When you enter it in the option, you will get all these options :-

 

इस option का हम अपनी company create करते हैं ताकि हमारी company में जितना भी entry हो उसे हम record कर सके। इस option में जैसे ही आप enter करोगे आपको ये सारे option मिलेगा जैसे :-

- Directory :-  It is a type of path where you want to save your company file.

   

ये एक प्रकार का path है जिसमे आप अपनी company की file कहा  save करना चाहते है।

- Name : Name of the your company.

- Mailing name:- Mailing name is a name of organization or in which the bill are printed according to it.

इस option में जिस नाम से bill का print निकलवाना चाहते है उसका use करते हैं इसमें हम company का नाम भी use कर सकते है।

Financial year beginning from :- Date of financial year 

इस option में  जब भी हमारा वित्तीय वर्ष चालू होता है  उसकी तारीख डालते है।

Books beginning from:- Date of beginning of book

जब से आप अपनी company data entry कर रहे है वो वाली date डालनी है ।

Base currency symbol:- symbol of currency of the country 

                                           देश की मुद्रा डालते है।

Formal name:- Name of the symbol 

                           देश की मुद्रा  का नाम डालते है।

Suffix symbol to amount:- if you want to show symbol at front of amount  put 'yes'  other wise  'no'.

अगर आप अपने amount के सामने symbol show करना चाहते है तोह हां कीजिए वरना नहीं ही रहने दो।

Number of decimal place :- put the decimal after certain number.

                                                दशमलव को निश्चित संख्या के बाद लगाएं।

2. Delete a company

# Alteration of company:- when we change ,. Edit, delete a particular company in tally then we use alter option. This option only show when one company is selected.

जब हमे कोई चेंज, या delete करना हों कोई एक company में जो tally में है तो हम  alter ka option use करते हैं। ये option तभी show होता है जब सिर्फ एक company खुली हों।

* Process:-  Gate of tally 

                             |

                    Alt +f3 ( company info)

                             |

                      Alter 

                            ।

                     Select company 

                            ।

                  Alter the detail which you want in your company ( अब आपको जो changes करना  है आप अपनी company में कर सकते है)

                    Alt + D (delete your company) अगर आप अपनी company delete करना चाहते है तो आप alt + d press करके delete कर सकते है।
